Auto proxy failover setup for all domain user through GPO`

Hi,

We have Two proxy IP, We are access internet from both. But some time One IP is out of internet. so how to configure Proxy IP failover in GPO which is affect to all domain user (server 2012 R2). Please help he with Screen shots.
