After update windows server

Rarely seen this issue after in-place upgrade (IPU).
I do not suspect this is clustered server, FilippeSouza2024 is it?
For clustered servers there is something going on in Windows Server 2022, but no fix.

Maybe, but after update show error.
After have problem power energy and shutdown all equips.
But same time install server ipam with all my server, only this server have problem and just him update...

FilippeSouza2024 I am sad to hear that. For single (unclustered) servers I am not aware of an issue.
I think your best way is to open a support request. Do you know how the server / VM is licensed?- yesterday call for support microsoft "if you have partner have open ticket or buy ticket ms".
I'm don't have partner - don't have support, windows is licensed.
