A/D User Password Change
Hello,
We currently have an on prem Win 2016 DC server and soon will be Win 2019 DC. Sorry, I'm IT support trying to get more flex time working on servers. My google foo is not so strong today so "If we let users change their own password, is there a way as admins to also know what it is? If so, what are the ways it can tell us?"

- For the privacy reason, you won't see the password users have been setup.
You have power to reset the password or create policy forcing user to reset password or prevent them to reuse their old passwords, but you won't be able to view their passwords.
