AD User Logon to.. option restriction issue on AD User in Win2019 Std R2

Hello Everyone, I am having an issue while apply the restriction to domain user with the specific domain client computer in AWS environment via host name / IP Address. After enabling the logon to specific computer option, it is not allowing none of the domain client machine. For a test, If I allow all computers login, then it works without error. Kindly advise.
