The TechNet windows server evaluations have an embedded product key and require an internet connection for long enough to complete the activation then you can disconnect from internet for the remainder of the 180 day evaluation.
Sorry but for security reasons, this ESX will never be connected to the internet.
So i need an other way to process.
Then don't use evaluation media since there are no other options to activate it. Try using licensed installation media, you should be able to get 60 days without activation.
