Using invoke-restmethod for jfrog

Hi All
Currently i am trying to achieve calling api using invoke-restmethod to jfrog artifactory .
I am able to achieve the same on linux but linux supports artifactory query language (AQL) and windows powershell doesnt 
Here i am trying to list all nuget packages inside the repository . 
Is there anyway i can achieve this using powershell ?
