Unable to install Azure PowerShell Module using PowerShellGet

Hello,

I seem to have a corrupted version of Azure PowerShell Module that I am unable to repair. I tried following  PowerShellGet but get the following error: 

However when I try to uninstall I get the following , indicating AZ module itself is not available:

I went to the location \Documents\WindowsPowerShell\Modules and I see AZ modules there, but not under C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules. I am able to connect to Azure using Connect-AzAccount

I appreciate your time in troubleshooting
