Taskbar and Startmenu for all Users

Hi everyone,

I want to create a Default-Startmenu and Taskbar Layout for Users.

I know how to export the Start-Layout File using (Export-Startlayout) but i cant figure out how to get the Taskbar in the .xml...

Taskbar should look like this:

I know how to get the Edge and Explorer in this (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/configure-windows-10-taskbar#sample-taskbar-configuration-added-to-start-layout-xml-file) but what's about Cortana and TaskView?

By default Cortana is in Full-Mode and TaskView is shown in the Taskbar - how can I edit it?
