    Hello, I am a novice, but reading the above, you say that you installed those two, but did you also install RSAT-AD-PowerShell (Install-WindowsFeature RSAT-AD-PowerShell)? If not try that and then import it Import-Module ActiveDirectory and try again. Hope that works out for you 😀
