PowerShell script for email notification when a key is being rotate and expire in Azure key vault

Hello All,

Using Auto crypto rotation policy we are rotating the key every 90 days and set expiration as one year. Using this policy we are encrypting the class 4&5 data in Power BI service. 

Now we are looking email notification when a key being rotate and expire. So that we can get to know the key being rotated and expired.

Can anyone please share the PowerShell script for the above requirement. Thanks in advance!
