no updates yet. I have no idea where I'd even look in Group Policy, The person who told me it could be done that way was a Microsoft rep who gave no other information except to send me to this board instead of the general support board.

That's strange, and attaching files to an email to transport files to another computer... If they do that, they are using Drafts to store them, and, well, disabling that is something you can't do because you wouldn't be able to create new emails.
They could also use Teams and OneDrive (SharePoint, basically) to do the same...

- Nov 04, 2024If the data stays on Managed devices, it's ok, but if people use it to download files to their home computers... Conditional Access helps, but DLP is another extra option.
