How do I disable attachments in Outlook draft messages for my organization via Powershell?

- no updates yet. I have no idea where I'd even look in Group Policy, The person who told me it could be done that way was a Microsoft rep who gave no other information except to send me to this board instead of the general support board.
- That's strange, and attaching files to an email to transport files to another computer... If they do that, they are using Drafts to store them, and, well, disabling that is something you can't do because you wouldn't be able to create new emails.
They could also use Teams and OneDrive (SharePoint, basically) to do the same...- Currently another Ms board is suggesting I look into device based conditional access policies, which seems more likely to be a viable option.
