Error deleting a file

I have used recuva(It is a free tool to restore files that have been permanently deleted and that have been marked by the operating system as free space) to restore some files from a pendrive and when I no longer need it, I delete the entire folder of the recovered files, but I get that a file cannot be deleted.

You may think that it is already deleted and I have not updated the file explorer, but with PowerShell I can go to that folder:

I see this file in a plain text editor (notepad or sublime text) and it shows that it is empty. Do you know a way to eliminate it? If so, how do I do it?
