Combining IF and INDEX functions

Hi,&nbsp;We have departments and codes. Something likeCode&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;DepartmentHOL&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; HoldingMAN&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ManufacturingSAL&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Sales&nbsp;I would like to have a function with arguments to input with code and return with department. How can I do this.&nbsp; Thanks all.
