Windows 365 Hyrbid Azure AD Cloud PC and H drive
Even though we have joined the machine Hybrid AD joined, we do not see the H (Home) drive. We have blocked all the GPOs to be inherited for Cloud PC OU, so will this be the cause, as we want it to be...

I have a question, how do you deploy the H drive? Is this GPO/Intune/3rd party? Let us know how its deployed and we can recommend next steps.
Would agree with you and askaresh around migrating Home folders over into OneDrive. If you have a contact with Microsoft FastTrack team then they can assist you migrating all the home directory data over to the users OneDrive.
We did it here and took a few weeks from engaging with the team to getting it migrated.
Also recommend Implementing OneDrive KFDR (or PC Folder Backup as it is now) - one caveat however is if you do anything with the folder redirection via GPO as that will conflict with KFDR
