jmcrawf Switching from 32bit was not an easy solution you have to wipe out the office and then use the office deployment tool to install the 64bit office. after that, you need to delete the Outlook Cloud plugin (since it is 32bit) using your method, then reinstall iCloud.
I guess we have to move on. the 32bit version is not as well supported anymore as 64bit one
Ouch. I hope you only have to do that once. I've avoided the 64-bit versions except for one users on our network who works with large Access databases (and doesn't want to store data in sqlServer). Partially to avoid the hassle, partially so that no one creates anything that's incompatible with 32-bit versions in terms of DLL references. We'll see how long I can remain blissfully ignorant.
I also struggled for weeks with this bug... the only thing that finally fixed the issue was to install a previous version of icloud...
