Windows 10 gets 6 years of ESU?
Just updated both of my Windows 10 22H2 Pro PC’s with the June KB5060533 (no problems) and noticed it added some new folders/files as follows:
The names & contents would “appear” to indicate Microsoft intends to provide ESU updates for Windows 10 for another 6 years after EoS.

How to do that? I only find the one year option.

Is this true? I heard only one ESU is available!

Windows 10 Enterprise Security Updates (ESU) coverage typically extends for a certain period, but for Windows 10 Pro, ESU support is generally not available. Instead, Microsoft provides regular updates through Windows Update, and the support lifecycle is tied to the version of Windows 10 you are running.
