Security Audit Failure when accessing IBM Cognos with AD Single Sign-on

Single Sign-on doesn`t work, always prompt to login page, and in the Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Security, we can find 2 Audit Failure, both we and IBM have no idea what does it mean and how to fix it. Please check the screenshot in attachment.
