kernel mode memory leak in tcpic.sys
My company sells an OPC server and we have multiple customers reporting that when they move our application to Server 2019 they see kernel mode memory leaks.
Poolmon shows the the tags involved are AleE, AleD, AlsT and Ala4, which are used in tcpip.sys.
It's my understanding that there's nothing a user mode app can do to cause a kernel mode leak, we just request resources from a kernel mode component. Is that correct?
I have been told that this has been reported to MS by our customers but they haven't heard back.
We can provide a VM that exhibits this memory ramping.
Can someone look into this?

gbrookman We've been seeing the exact same thing for months now. Ours is an AWS instance running 2019 as well. I noticed this started in March when kb4539571 was installed. Its a service stack rollup so i cant uninstall it. Our other servers that had it installed have no issue and everything else is the same.
