HLK 1607 install fail
Hello, I'm looking for Hardware Lab Kit version 1607 (required to test hardware on Server 2016) but it's not in VS Downloads (10 other HLKs are there) and the public download installer fails due...

Microsoft Support has acknowledged this issue and says that it's being worked on. If/when I'm notified that it's fixed I'll post here again.
