DVL.exe for Static Tools Logo Test

HLK for Static Tools Logo Test item need to run dvl.exe to generate the xml file.

DVL.exe the up to date version is in WDK 28000.

After running dvl.exe, it always generate 1.1.0.0 version number.

But HLK is requred to 1.2.0.0 as minimized version.

There is an errata number for Windows 11. But my driver is for Windows Server 2025, how do I pass  this item of Static Tools Logo.
