Pride month related question from a colleague, will an AD attribute for pronouns be added in a future AD schema update?

It didn't make the bar for WS2025 schema. It's not a dead topic though, Teams and Outlook both implemented it.

Good question. I'll ask that team. In the meantime, I'd suggest a custom schema modification.
