progid:dximagetransform.microsoft.gradient is not a valid value for the "filter" property

I am trying to implement bootstrap 4 in my code. I am using ASP.NET MVC This error occurs. What replacement should I put in the filter property?

 

 

 

I tried adding overflow:auto in the property but I get the same error.

This is how my login page looks after this error:
