Enable Microsoft Expression Blend for ASP.net

Hi,

Microsoft Expression blend is great to build UWP , but it is not supported in web application such as ASP.net. In order to build nice application we have to use third-party tools or manually implement the GUI using code.

It would be nice if Microsoft Expression Blend would be available for ASP.net web application to build rich websites.
