User getting msdyn_crmconnection permission error while opening in outlook
Admin deployed the viva sales app. but the user having sales person role already and trying to launch the viva sales addin but getting prvreadmsdyn_crmconenction you do not have permission to access...
We are also experiencing this issue for what appears to be non admin users at this point, is there a resolution?

Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator for help- nakrish_Can you explain briefly about what you mean by default permissions.
If you have users who are experiencing permissions issue and you have assigned them Out of the Box - SalesPerson or Sales related roles, then I believe it should work implicitly.
If it is a custom role assigned, then I would recommend you revisit their security roles and see if those roles assigned to them have permissions as mentioned in the screenshot for the entities.
