User getting msdyn_crmconnection permission error while opening in outlook

Admin deployed the viva sales app. but the user having sales person role already and trying to launch the viva sales addin but getting prvreadmsdyn_crmconenction you do not have permission to access...

We are also experiencing this issue for what appears to be non admin users at this point, is there a resolution?

  craigfrayne - As per our discussion, Please add the following privileges mentioned in the doc to your custom roles to try out Viva Sales for non-admin users.

    We are facing the same Issue, Viva sales worked for some people and some not.
    And then for no one...
    
    We are using the default permissions
    
    errorcode":4114,"message":"You do not have prvReadmsdyn_crmconnection permission to access msdyn_crmconnection records.
