SalesCopilot Save from Outlook to D365CRM - error message

Hi 

We successfully installed SalesCopilot in Outlook and connected it to our Dynamics 365 CRM.

The issue appears when we try to save an email in CRM using using SalesCopilot. The issue appears both in Outlook Desktop App and Web App. 

It just says that the user needs rights to be able to save the email, but it doesn't say which rights:
