new users cannot sign into salesforce - power platform error

Jan 31, 2024Hello, sorry to hear you ran into the original problem where new users were attempting to create a new Dataverse instance. The reason this is happening is you have organizations in multiple geographic locations and traffic from the United States organization's Sales Copilot got routed to the Canada organization's Sales Copilot.
If you or anyone else runs into this, please open a support ticket and we can fix it.
We highly recommend you do not try to delete one of the auto created environments as this will cause other problems as you saw. For this specific environment we were able to fix this on our side. Can you please try again? You may need to reopen outlook to load the latest state.
