Installation Microsoft copilot for sales

After installing copilot for sales, I still see the old logo Copilot showing in my CRM. Is it the same? For instance I see the new logo in Teams and outlook but a different logo in Dynamics 365 as se...

Hi Angela, 

I believe it is the same thing, as you can see in the CRM when you click on the CoPilot table from the navigation it still directs you to the latest version of CoPilot (You can see the latest logo for CoPilot in the top left of your screen when you click into that entity).

 

I think the logo in the navigation is black and white due to the fact that 90% of the Table Icons are in black and white meaning it helps keep the same theme across all table icons. Hope that helps, but I don't think you're missing out on anything :)

    Hi Angela,

    In Dynamics, Copilot for Sales doesn't have any user experiences so you won't see the icon there. 

    In Outlook that looks correct and in Teams, it looks like you are on the M365 Copilot experience, not the Copilot for Sales screen, you should see C4S in the app bar on the left side (if you pin the app) as shown below:
