Before reading this message, just this morning, I was attempting to show our IT team how to add Sales Copilot license to the tenants and it was not possible. My personal enterprise environment has the license and the service from before but for new tenants it is not available. Also, in CDX demo environment, the Sales Copilot / Viva Sales live demo is no longer available.
It is my understanding that it works just fine if you already have it installed or have embedded use rights through your Sales Enterprise license but obviously not something you can buy/provision as a standalone service right now due to its removal from the January Price List. In Microsoft's universe, if it isn't in the price list it doesn't exist.
I haven't heard any MS response yet but I'd bet this doesn't get addressed until the beginning of February when it is (hopefully) added back unless there are other forces at play that aren't being transparently discussed.
