Customize Viva Sales Fields in Outlook

Hello.
I activated Viva Sales in Outlook (connected to Microsoft CRM).
However, my Contacts table in CRM has some fields, which I would need to also be available in the window that opens in Viva Sales within Outlook.

Is there any way to customize this form?

    Shenkx , we are actively working to enable customization in Viva Sales, starting with the core scenario you described to add custom fields to existing entities in various surface areas of Viva Sales. Eran_Manor and is the PM for this feature and will be able to share more details on timelines and specific capabilities we will enable.

      Shenkx as mentioned, we are working to open up the the CRM forms in Viva Sales for customization.

      Customers will be able to control the layout of the CRM entities in Viva Sales - add / remove fields, reorder the form and more.

      This feature is in progress and expected to land in Q1 2023

        Eran_Manor Hello!

         

        Happy to see the customization ability show up. I have noticed some fields are missing an icon and there is no hover tooltip to explain what the fields are. Is there anything we can do to solve this issue?
