Allow editing option not working for picklists in Dynamics 365
The option to disable users from editing a picklist in Viva Sales (connected to Dynamics 365) is not working.
I have tested it with different picklistgs and the result is the same. Users can edit the picklist field even though it is set to not allow.
Is this a known bug?
It is not a multi select option set (choices). However, this seems to have been fixed in the latest update. The field is now greyed out and not editable 🙂

Certain field types like multiselect option sets are not supported by Viva Sales customization so suspect this could be the case but tagging Eran_Manor to weigh in. Limitations documented here:
