Dashboard Glitch on Client LIVE survey?!

Hi there,

We are facing an urgent problem with the Glint platform- 

 

The client survey is closing today and last we have seen, it was at about 80% response rate (about 2000+ employees responded). However, today, the dashboard is not accessible and both client and myself are receiving the error page where we do not have enough responses. Please see attached below-

 

 

I have asked the client to raise a ticket on the viva glint support site as only the client company admin user can do that. But given that the client seems really stressed out by it, we are hoping you can get us some advise? Can the data be affected in anyway or is this a glitch that will go away in a while (it has been like this for approx 5 hours).

    You were correct in directing the customer to enter a ticket through MAC.  I am happy to help troubleshoot, but wanted to first confirm if the issue continues to occur?
