Viva Engage Setup
Hi Everyone,
I am working with a client and helping them get ready to launch Viva Engage. They are facing some issues from the back end.
We are in the process of granting access to moderators & champions - ahead of opening it to all employees. However, when the IT team disabled the yammer licenses of all employees, a notification still went out to 300 employees - after a test pos on all company group. Our assumption is that this happened because the Viva engage core license was not taken off. Just wanted to check if that's right?
Has anyone else faced this issue?
- Correct. If you remove the Yammer license but keep the Viva Engage license then those users are still considered active users of the platform and would receive a notification of an Announcement in the All Company community.
