Pinned content opens in new tab
When I pin content to the right side of a Viva Engage community, it opens the content in a new tab. Is there a way to get this to open in the same tab? Additionally, when someone opens this in the desktop app, it opens the new link in their browser, not the app.
- This is by design, since in most cases those pinned items point to resources outside Viva Engage. Having links pointing to other systems going to a new window is a common practice.
It opens in a browser because those are web URLs.
