How can I connect with non-Microsoft Office 365 subscriber using Viva Engage?
We are looking at how the employee family member who are not Office 365 subscribers can get connect using Viva Engage.

You need to have Microsoft 365 Account to use Viva Engage, as the user needs an account as it's mapped against AzureAD/M365. This is due to Yammer/Viva Engage being in Native mode.
