Following a topic : No notification

Hi Team,

I don't know if it's me but on engage if i want to follow a topic #ideas and when this topic is use on a message i would like to have a notification in my feed.

 

Is it possible to achieve this ?

      And note that "#ideas" inside the message is a Hashtag and not a Topic (which appears under the post)
