MicrosoftWay to customize the Viva Menu or bar?
Can you customize the Menu appearing across the Viva apps to only show the modules licensed for? How do you control this for employees only to see the Viva Modules licensed for in the menu bar?

At this point, customization of this app bar is not supported. It should, however, automatically reflect the modules for which the end user is licensed for. Read more here: Customize and edit the Viva Connections home experience | Microsoft Learn
If you're looking to customize this experience, you will need to build a SharePoint home site and set this as your default Viva Connections experience.
