MicrosoftYou have to be licensed to create an Article and a regular M365 licensed user for Engage can view them! Are you using articles today? Or considering it? Would love to learn more about how you are thinking about using them? We love using them for all sorts of things!
Hi Allison, thank you for your answer. I really appreciate it! We would like to use the Article feature as part of our internal communication. Right now, we are just testing this feature and have licenses only for those responsible for internal communication. We are considering its broader use, but unfortunately, I haven't found an official statement regarding the licensing requirements in this case. Are you able to provide some details about it if you have any? This information would be very useful because we could then recommend this feature to other customers who might benefit from it as we do.
