Introductions

Hi friends, my name is Marcus and am a director of employee experience at Microsoft. I've been at the company for over 15 years and my specialty has been driving global technology change programs. The latest one that I've driven is the adoption of Microsoft Viva for our own 200,000 employees over the last two years. I'm excited to trade notes with all of you about our experiences leading change. I'm based in Boise, Idaho, and can't wait for summer : - )
