Hi, What permissions do you need to manage Universal Print? I have Global Admin & can access the service, but a fellow IT guy can't, who has a contributor role.... Thanks.

What permissions do you need to manage Universal Print? I have Global Admin & can access the service, but a fellow IT guy can't, who has a contributor role....
