How do I get the Windows Show/Hide Updates troubleshooter?

However I have now managed to download "wushowhide.diagcab" so this question can now be closed.
If the Windows Update troubleshooter doesn’t fix it, I’d try resetting the update components. Stopping the Windows Update and BITS services, clearing the SoftwareDistribution folder, then starting the services again can resolve updates that are stuck or repeatedly failing.
