Account Incompatible but using cloud

Hi,

Is anyone else having this issue? From reading this error this is implying i have an on prem exchange server where we use Exchange Online for our emails and sync the users details from our on prem DC?

I have tried mutiple uninstalls, updates etc, the mobile and web versions work fine still just the windows app
