To-Do list not syncing to Apple Reminders
I am using a Mac Mini with Ventura 13.1 and the Reminder app. I have added my Office 365 Exchange account to the Mac and toggled the switch for reminders. However, while the name of the Exchange account appears in the left pane of the Reminder app, there are no lists beneath the name of the Exchange account.
Curiously, I also have the Exchange account added on my iPhone. On the reminders app on my iPhone, the to-do lists from the Exchange account appear without issue. It is only the Mac desktop Reminders app in which the Exchange account's to-do lists are not present.
Have tried removing the account and adding again. Toggling switch for reminders on and off.
Would welcome any input.

- ProSolutionsIron ContributorIt seems like you're experiencing a specific issue with the Reminders app on your Mac, where the to-do lists from your Office 365 Exchange account are not showing up. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
1. **Recheck Reminders Settings:**
- Make sure that the "Reminders" option is enabled for your Exchange account on your Mac. Open "System Preferences" > "Internet Accounts," select your Exchange account, and ensure that "Reminders" is checked.
2. **Sync Reminders:**
- Manually sync the Reminders app on your Mac. Open the Reminders app, go to the "View" menu, and select "Refresh Calendars."
3. **Check Internet Connection:**
- Ensure that your Mac has a stable and active internet connection. Reminders sync with the Exchange server, so a reliable connection is essential.
4. **Restart the Reminders App:**
- Quit the Reminders app and reopen it. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve syncing issues.
5. **Check List Visibility:**
- On your iPhone, confirm that the to-do lists from your Exchange account are visible and not set to be hidden. If they are hidden, unhide them.
6. **Reset Calendars and Reminders:**
- Open "System Preferences" > "Internet Accounts," select your Exchange account, and uncheck both "Calendars" and "Reminders." Afterward, check them again. This can sometimes kickstart the syncing process.
7. **Verify Exchange Account Settings:**
- Ensure that your Exchange account settings are configured correctly on your Mac. Check for any error messages in the "Internet Accounts" preferences.
8. **Update macOS:**
- Check if there are any macOS updates available for your Mac. Keeping your system up to date can address compatibility issues.
9. **Check for Errors in Console:**
- Open the "Console" app (you can find it in Applications > Utilities) and look for any error messages related to Reminders or your Exchange account.
10. **Contact Apple Support:**
- If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Apple Support for further assistance. They may be able to provide specific guidance based on your system configuration.
Remember that the troubleshooting steps may vary based on the specifics of your setup. If the issue continues, Apple Support or your IT department (if applicable) might provide more targeted assistance.
