I'm on version 1.56 and sync is still very bad. I'm primarily using MacBook and iPhone, so I'm relying on syncing between the web app and iOS app. Sometimes tasks just won't sync, even after forcing sync on iOS. One time, I was desperate enough to delete the app and reinstall -- only then sync really happens.
- Paul ChapmanIron ContributorReally like To Do, have moved from a personal me-only Planner to using To Do for my day-to-day work.
One thing. I demoed To Do to my Director and his PA who are desperate for a decent way to triage his inbox (currently using a combo of flags and categories in Outlook which works ok but not a great mobile solution). The only thing that stopped us adopting To Do for their needs was the fact that the flagged emails only show a preview of the email, and the 'Open in Outlook' link only works for whoever owned the original email, even though both users have access to the inbox in question.
Keep up the good work!- Polly Davidson

Hey, our team is interested in how your Director and PA set up their shared inbox. Would you mind messaging me with more details? - Polly Davidson

That's interesting. Thanks for feeding that back to us. We'll pass it on to the team to take a look into.
