Current Microsoft To Do integration with Google Assistant

I've found a workaround.
Unfortunately it requires a Samsung phone.
First step is to activate synchronization between Samsung "reminder" app and Microsoft todo.
Then, define the "tasks" to-do folder as default.
Finally, using Bixby, you can use voice commands to create events which are automatically stored in to-do.- boardtcSep 04, 2023Brass Contributor
Thanks very much! It's great to have something working.
So if I tell Bixby,(had never used before) to save a reminder it saves to the formerly hidden reminder app and to the reminder list in Microsoft ToDo. Have you found any way to get it to save to the task list instead?

boardtcIn https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.app.reminder&cId=000006417222 (which is not a "*hidden* app" BTW), after having set up the synchronisation with ToDo , just select ToDo "Tasks" list as default for saving new items. After that new entries will be saved there and bidirectionally synced.
Note that since I use French language as default, items names ("tasks" vs "reminders" for instance) may vary.
Just experiment by yourself and you'll see how it works.

gpion Do you know if this will this work with Google Assistant within a Google Speaker? In other words, if you are not near your Samsung phone, can you ask to set a reminder for a task using a speaker such as Google Nest? Or using another device with Google Assistant set up such as a Sony TV? Also, is using Bixby necessary? I have tried to standardize using Hey Google. I am not sure I want to try to learn Bixby as well
