Media Feature Pack installation

we are installing Windows 11 Enterprise N version. But with this version camera in teams is not working. So, i try adding it by Add-WindowsCapability.
Devices are managed by SCCM and have CIS implemented.

I try trick with
Set-ItemProperty -Path HKLM:SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU -Name UseWUServer -Value 0 and restart WSUS service this not working.
I try set GPO - Download repair content and optional features directly from Windows Updates instead of Windows Server Updates Services (WSUS).

When i uninstall SCCM client all is working fine.
