Using Stream in Education

I have the same question; we're in the US, but some of our professors use excerpts of shows and movies (e.g., a Doctor Who scene) for classroom discussion. We ensure everything we do is covered under fair use or we obtain permission, but wouldn't want to be auto-banned or anything.
