Unable to login to microsoft stream

Message: AADSTS50020: User account '< removed >' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '844cca35-0656-46ce-b636-13f48b0eecbd'(Microsoft Stream Mobile Native) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

I followed stept on deleting the organisation on teams that too was unsuccessful. Request you to help with the matter.
