Unable to delete o365 video channels before migrating to Stream

The error just says "We are unable to delete the channel due to an uncommon error. We have logged this issue and will be working to resolve it. If this issue persists, contact your tenant admin." whenever I try to delete it.

We have SharePoint retention.
